What does OSI do?
OSI assists in getting you to the front of the healthcare line for diagnostics & imaging (MRI, CT scan, EKG, X-rays, lab work, sleep studies, stress tests, etc.) and specialist appointments.
How does it work?
You call OSI Fast Access Health Care Navigation to request your service. Here are some services you can request:
“I need to schedule a CT scan. Can you help me?”
“I have an MRI scheduled 6 months from now. Can you find me one in the GTA any sooner?”
The OSI team will find the best options for you and book the appointment you chose. OSI will check in with you to see how your appointment went.
